What I read today

I read today that more Americans are seeking spirituality that is personal and relevant on the internet. I have thought for years that we need internet chaplains. I would love developing a web site and training program for that. God is alive and well and had a vast amount of experience at IMs. God is relevant, God is wise, God is good. Where should we begin??? God wants to touch your life. God is as near as your very breath. God's breath is what gives you life. Breathe God in and let God renew and refresh you.

Is It Possible I have not written in a month?!?!?

Talk about time flying by....... My partner in life has spent the past month very ill - staph infection, surgery, iv antibiotics........ I have been visiting her and working long hours and doing all the pet care and home chores....... One never knows what one can do until one must just do it. God has been with us through this process. We are alive and growing in testimony and faith. Bev has prayed to learn compassion this year - what a way to do it. I did not pray for patience and yet here I am having to grow in that area. Add to all this my cpap machine does not seem to have enough pressure so I am still tired. YET I am glad to be alive; sure God never leaves us or forsakes us; blessed to have prayerful friends, coworkers and family; honored to have work flexibility....... It is hard to put one's best foot forward when one is too tired to lift it, still I am never too tired to smile and laugh and know we are all children of God on the pilgrimage called life.
