Overwhelmed

Maybe the time to write is when one is overwhelmed. Writing does tend to focus the mind and calm the spirit.
Since my last entry my life partner has had a knee replacement and is doing incredibly well. The wonders of her strength, God's goodness and modern technology!
The funeral home has had many deaths. Finished out 2005 with a total of 394 deaths. 2006 has already held 5 for me.
Do you ever feel like you are being pulled by the neck to a place you can't see , for a reason you don't comprehend? Do you ever feel as if maybe if you had a clone you (2) could complete what is expected of you right now?
One must center when life takes over. One must set boundaries. All living ones diserve respect and freedom of choice - at least until they/we prove to be unworthy beyond any doubt. God gives each one of us freedom to choose. We can choose good or evil. We can set ourselves up to fall down and God will walk beside us and/but allow us to face the consequences of our choices. We are not alone in the struggles, we choose the struggles, in the tough times we tend to learn and grow. If we fail to learn lessons we are doomed to the hell we create for ourselves until such time as we decided to reach to God, ask for help, and follow the gentle proddings of the one who created us and loves us unconditionally.
